In addition to the natural expiration of the Agreement when the services have been completed, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing timely, written notice to the other party. 


If the Client is providing Notice to the Company, said Notice must be provided not less than ten (10) days prior to the next payment due date. Said notice is to be provided in writing to [email protected].
My Bariatric Kitchen / Living Healthy Nutrition, LLC, does not refund fees.  Any previously paid fees are the property of My Bariatric Kitchen / Living Healthy Nutrition, LLC.
Cancellation of services or membership products does not terminate the Client’s obligations under the terms of service, particularly including the recognition of the intellectual property rights of My Bariatric Kitchen / Living Healthy Nutrition, LLC, in the material provided in the program.  In the event that a Client cancels their membership, and then proceeds to violate the terms of the Intellectual Property protection set forth in the terms and conditions, the Client may face legal action.
